Austin Stewarts Greetings

Hello everyone,

Greetings from Austin, Texas. I guess the pictures above are telling the story of the big news in our neck of the woods. Yes, Kerbey and Isabella are expecting. We are in the 4th month and we expect to deliver our little one in March 08. This pregancy is really a team effort, between Isabella's crankiness at having been put on bed rest for the 1st trimester (glad that's over !), gaining much more weight than expected so early on, and Kerbey's sympathy pains, we're both really going through it together. Yes, he is having nausea, fatigue, headaches and even digestive issues that are usually linked with pregnant females.

An ultrasound done at 13 weeks (we're almost 18 weeks now) showed the baby to be a boy, although it was done so early that they say it is not very sure then, we will be having another ultrasound this coming Friday and then we should know for sure. We are so happy and have even picked out names (for either boy or girl).

We will keep you posted on our progress and developments.

what a relief it must be to be out of the scary and uncomfortable first trimester. you have a few months to enjoy the pregnancy before it becomes annoying. you look good, despite what you told me on the phone earlier this evening.
i gather you and dad are not coming to utah for thanksgiving any more?
in any case, we look forward to seeing you at christmas. you will be nice and round by then!
grandma! i'll bet you thought you were done with infant grandchildren!

Exciting! Have you guys thought about how you will approach the delivery? We will make sure you get plenty of time with Neva over Christmas, a little practice at having a newborn around again. Looking forward to seeing you guys.

WELL I AM FINALLY GETTING AROUND TO VISITING THIS SITE. IT SEEMS I ALWAYS HAVE TO RUN AFTER I VISIT MY REGULAR E-MAIL AND AM GETTING HERE PRETTY LATE.
YOU DO LOOK GREAT ISABELLA AND I PRAY THAT YOUR PREGNANCY WILL GO WELL TWICE DAILY. I HAVE TO SAY I AM CONCERNED FOR YOU BOTH AS WHAT YOU HAVE DECIDED TO DO IS NOT GOING TO BE EASY. I DO HOPE IT IS A BOY AS WE NEED MORE STEWARTS TO GIVE US MORE CHANCES AT THE JERRY STEWART FAMILY NAME CONTINUING FOR THE GENERATIONS TO COME. LOVE TO ALL OF YOU, KERBY, ISABELLA, AND BABY. WHATS WITH THIS SICKNESS ON THE PART OF THE DAD?

Thank you all for the good wishes and especially your prayers. We are thrilled with this gift from God and Isabella is now over the "all day sickness" [it was never in the morning only]and off bed rest enjoying the beautiful fall weather. The 1st sonogram alluded to a boy, the 2nd maybe a girl, and the 3rd a "no way to know" since the little one refuses to cooperate. It moves constantly but never at an angle where the doctor or tech can see- we do know it will have really long fingers though (as Ashley does) and in one sonogram pic it was even doing the Gig em' aggies sign (This is Longhorn country, doesn't the baby know that? LOL). So... we still do not know. To answer Slade's question, the delivery has been "approached" for us. Since Isabella had a c-section w/Ashley, the doctor has recommended another c-section to avoid any ruptures that could occur. The great thing about that is that we will have a definite due date for sure which will help family members that want to be here for the delivery. So far it is scheduled for March 21st (the first day of spring).

We'll keep you posted! Love, The Austin Stewarts
